Any business that is certified with the ISO 9001 standard, is required to adhere to a wide range of quality assurances. These are enforced by audits and inspections which ensure the business is up-to-date and continuing in accordance every year.

By bearing the ISO 9001 accreditation a business is required to identify, implement, manage, document, review and improve all areas of service, conduct, training, manufacture, advertisement and more, to the standard specified by the certification.

VAL are Promota and BPMA Members! The association is committed to high standards within the trade and in service to customers, and members abide by a code of practice which protects you as a customers. PROMOTA only accepts members who are well established, experienced and reputable.

BPMA upholds a strict code of conduct that members must adhere to, and provides access to professional training and development resources to ensure members can continually improve their knowledge and expertise within the industry. Thus ensuring all members are reputable suppliers and that the product or service they receive will be of the highest quality.
